By accessing or using SlideUO ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

SlideUO is a professional marketplace connecting freelancers with clients. The Platform facilitates job postings, proposals, hires, payments, and related professional services.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must create an account to use certain features. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Connects and Subscriptions

The Platform uses virtual credits called "Connects" for certain actions such as posting jobs, submitting proposals, and sending invites. Subscription plans may provide monthly Connects and additional features.

• Connects and subscription entitlements are non-transferable.
• Unused Connects may expire or reset according to your plan's terms.

5. Refund Policy

The platform sells digital credits ("Connects") that allow users to interact with other users.

All purchases of Connects are final and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Nature

Once Connects are purchased and credited to the user's account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

• Payment was successful but Connects were not credited.
• Duplicate or accidental transaction occurred.
• Technical errors caused incorrect deduction of Connects.

Usage Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how they use Connects. The platform does not guarantee responses, successful connections, or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is only responsible for providing access to Connects and does not guarantee any business, hiring, or engagement results.

By purchasing Connects, users agree to this policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent platform fees or engage in off-platform payments to avoid fees
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

7. Intellectual Property

SlideUO and its licensors own all rights in the Platform, including its design, content, and software. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SlideUO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlideUO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location specified by SlideUO for the resolution of any disputes.
